Internet service provider giant EarthLink announced it is expanding its mobile data offering to include wireless access to the Internet. The ISP said it is augmenting its wireless e-mail service, which operates through Research In Motion Ltd.'s BlackBerry device, to include a World Wide Web browser powered by Neomar.

For $10 per month, EarthLink users will be able to type in Web addresses into their BlackBerrys or use the Google search engine to surf the Internet.
