Sprint PCS launched its Sprint Sync Services as an enhancement to its current Voice Command offering. (Business Briefs).

RCR Wireless News, February, 2002

Sprint PCS launched its Sprint Sync Services as an enhancement to its current Voice Command offering. Powered by Fusion One, the feature is expected to help customers manage contact information stored on various devices in multiple locations and allow them to synchronize information onto their Sprint PCS Voice Command address books from their computers.

The service requires customers to download Fusion One software onto their computers, where they can then select the devices and address books they would like to sync with their online Voice Command address books. The service automatically syncs date each time a customer logs on to a computer.
