Virgin Mobile USA sets sights on America's youth.

After nearly a year of teasing the wireless industry with claims of how it would change the U.S. cellular market, Virgin Mobile USA finally provided insight into its plans to target the youth market with its edgy prepaid wireless service offering. The service will specifically target 15- to 30-year olds with a similar campaign to what the company has used successfully in signing up nearly 2 million customers in the United Kingdom during the past couple of years and more than 200,000 subscribers in Australia.
