Globalstar to be used in Brazil's election. (News).

AMAZON STATE, Brazil -- Citizens of Brazil will use the Globalstar satellite phone system to cast votes in the upcoming presidential elections. Votes are cast on battery-operated voting machines, then transmitted back to Brazil's election commission over a Globalstar handheld satellite phone connected to the voting machine.
