PCIA names new leader.(People)

Byline: JEFFREY SILVA Former wireless policy-maker Michael T.N. Fitch has been named president of PCIA, a trade group that represents tower companies. Fitch, who succeeds long-time PCIA head Jay Kitchen, is set to officially take over at the association March 1. An internationally recognized expert on radio and satellite telecommunications, Fitch most recently was employed by the Boeing Co.
