A sold-out crowd on Sunday morning said more than a little about the ballooning importance of a sector they described as the continued convergence of entertainment with mobility.

The iHollywoodForum Mobile Entertainment Summit at CTIA opened with a line of attendees out the door and standing room only in the SuperSession for an annual assessment of "What's Hot, What's Not.''

Panelists generally agreed that overhyping what's next on the content services horizon, including video services and full-length music downloads, is not hot, but "bringing the hype back down to earth'' is, said Universal Music Mobile General Manager Rio Caraeff.
