Wireless industry asks Supreme Court to review RF-health headset case.(News)

The wireless industry asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review and overturn an appeals-court ruling that allowed state courts to handle lawsuits regarding the possible negative health effects of using handheld wireless phones, an expected move as the issue moves its way through the courts.
