Report on Disability Law, August, 2005
EDUCATION PROGRESS. The Department of Education reports progress in the education of students with disabilities. Based on the National Longitudinal Transition Study-2, it says these students "have made significant progress in their transition to adulthood during the past 25 years with lower dropout rates, an increase in postsecondary enrollment and a higher rate of gainful employment after leaving high school." The report is available at www.nlts2.org.
