WYDOT Plans Busy Season.(Wyoming Department of Transportation)

Staff Cheyenne-- Officials of the Wyoming Department of Transportation are preparing for a busy highway construction season. Improvement of interstate and other major highways (be it construction, rehabilitation or resurfacing) continues to be a major item for WYDOT, with work in that category accounting for much of the agency's total construction budget of about $225 million.

During the course of the season, which began in April and will stretch into late fall, several dozen construction companies will be working on WYDOT projects across the state.
