Perot gets Safeskin contract
Safeskin Corp., a maker of natural rubber latex and synthetic rubber gloves, has awarded Perot Systems Corp. a five-year contract to manage its information technology systems.
Perot Systems will direct all aspects of Safeskin's information technology, using the glove maker's systems, at its San Diego headquarters. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Plymouth OKs stock program
Plymouth Rubber Co. Inc. has approved a stock repurchase program in which the company can buy up to 100,000 shares of its Class A and Class B common stock in the open market for up to two years.
Reimbursed shares will be retained as treasury stock and will be available for use under the company's stock option...
