The Pellissippi Corporate Center in Knox County, TN is the new location for Brink's Home Security's National Customer Contact Center. The 50,000 square foot facility will complement Brink's Home Security's National Support Center in Irving, TX. It will provide additional capacity and enhance disaster recovery capabilities.

The center will be able to accommodate over 400 monitoring operators and customer care specialists to provide quick response to alarm signals and inquiries received from customers throughout the United States and western Canada.
