THE COLUMBUS MUSEUM OF ART (www.columbusmuseum.org) will present a major portion of the 1985 exhibition, "In the American West: Photographs by Richard Avedon," which opened to widespread attention at the Amon Carter Museum in Fort Worth, Texas.
The most important and best-known images from the exhibition that helped define the identity of the American West 20 years ago will be on view through September 17, 2006.
