Organizations with strong performance management systems are nearly 50 percent more likely to outperform their competitors, a Development Dimensions International (DDI) study reports. "Managing Performance: Building Accountability for Organizational Success" is the third performance management study conducted by global human resource consulting firm DDI in the past decade.
This 2003 study included data gathered about performance management strategies and practices from more than 3,600 managers and employees around the world.
