An Advanced Management Program for 50 executives conducted by the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business utilized a modular multimedia program based on ToolBook 1.5 program development software from Asymetrix Corp. The program was loaded onto an IBM PS/2 80 microcomputer, and consists of a number of modules including a biographical sketch of the participants, a resource information center and an electronic class schedule. The program, developed in eight weeks by Wharton staff, was loaded onto PS/2s equipped with 8Mbytes of RAM and a 120Mbyte hard drive, along with the Microsoft Windows 3.0 graphical user interface.
