TIA staff and TIA delegation members have been active this week chairing and attending the TIA-hosted Global Standards Collaboration (GSC) meeting in Chicago. This by-invitation event brings together the top standards officials from the United States, Canada, the EU, China, Japan, Korea, Australia and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) to discuss their standards work programs and identify areas for collaboration and ways to accelerate global standards for the industry.
Observers from other standards-related organizations are also invited to participate. More information about this assemblage of global standards organizations and presentations is available at www.gsc.etsi.org.
