The Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA), one of the organizational partners in Project MESA, noted that MESA held its 13th meeting October 30 to November 2 in Saint-Paul-de-Vence, France, hosted by UNISYS -- to continue progress in achieving MESA's goals and members' commitment to cultivate and advance common specifications that will facilitate the compatible delivery of reliable data, live video, imaging, biotelemetry, peer-to-peer and data traffic- related voice to front line safety and emergency services.
