Bloomberg Television Asia Pacific has launched its first interactive finance TV service in the region. The Tokyo-based regional TV operation has also doubled the size of its studio/production facilities in the Japanese capital and added a producer, Haslinda Amin, to its Singapore team. The move follows a reorganisation of other regional offices, including Australia, earlier this year.
Bloomberg's new production centre features five automated studios with full digital systems. The new interactive offering, which took about six months to develop, will allow Japanese investors to access news and tailor financial information delivered to their television screens.
