For its first on-air thematic packaging in Asia, the one-year-old MGM Channel focused on prime-time programming.(design)

Six prime-time IDs were created to mark the MGM Channel's second year in Asia. Four are for the genres--drama and romance, crime time, action and suspense and whacky Friday) on the movie channel. And two--That's Hollywood and Spotlight--are for the special programming themes. The idents for the regional pay-TV channel were created in Singapore by Bruce Dunlop and Associates, and startedairing in October.

The Romance & Drama design uses the ripening flower bud as its main motif.
