Softbank and News Corporation launch My Space Japan.(Brief article)

Japan -- The beta version of a new Japanese-language Social Networking Service (SNS) was jointly launched by News Corporation's My Space and Softbank Corporation on 7 November 2006 in Tokyo by Rupert Murdoch, CEO of News Corporation, and Masayoshi Son, CEO of Softbank. The 50-50 joint venture, My Space Japan KK, is headquartered in Tokyo with initial capital of Yen 590 million (US$5 million) and is headed by Softbank's Makoto Koyama.
