Rush Enterprises, Inc., Houston, TX, has appointed Gerald R. Szczepanski to their board of directors. Szczepanski was the co-founder and former chairman and CEO of Gadzooks, Inc., a publicly traded, specialty retailer of casual clothing and accessories. He is currently a director, chair of the compensation committee and a member of the audit committee and the nominating and corporate governance committee of GameStop Corp.
