CCH Announces Acquisition Of TaxWise
RIVERWOODS, Ill. -- A little more than a month after announcing the acquisition of another tax software vendor, CCH (www.CCHGroup.com) is continuing its push into the small tax preparation market with the announced acquisition of TaxWise. CCH, the maker of the ProSystem fx line of professional tax and accounting solutions, is a Wolters Kluwer business and part of the Wolters Kluwer Tax, Accounting & Legal division. The company announced last month that it had acquired ATX/Kleinrock. CCH plans to continue both programs as distinct product lines.
