Reapportionment of European Parliament seats recommended by the Boundary Commission for England may result in a Conservative Party win of all six seats created by the EC, but may lose Tory seats elsewhere. A few proposed constituencies are described.

GOOD news for the unpopular and nearly bankrupt Tories: the party has a chance of grabbing the six extra British seats in the European parliament created by the EC summit in Edinburgh last year.
