Ben Cohen is stepping down as CEO of Ben & Jerry's Homemade, the ice-cream firm he founded with Jerry Greenfield and built up to $140 million in revenues in 1993. The new CEO's personality and vision must fit with that of the socially conscious, culturally hip company.
