Bell Atlantic and The Interpublic Group of Companies are forming a company called InterActive Partners to finance new content providers for interactive services. The companies are forming InterActive Partners with Silicon Valley venture capital firms Technology Partners and Kleiner, Perkins, Caufield and Byers, and they expect another "large content prorider" to join the project.

Initial companies of InterActive Partners are VideoStream, The New Childern's Studio and Silicon Gaming.
