ABC Radio Networks is relocating its finance, research and computer departments out of midtown Manhattan to a new facility in Dallas where the network's marketing, programing, engineering and Western region affiliate marketing offices are based. Martin Raab, vice president of marketing at ABC's Dallas headquarters, said the network also plans to move from its building in Dallas to a new facility, also in Dallas, where it can install rooftop satellite dishes and other "state of the art" equipment.
