GTE Main Street to expand alliances with TV programers,' independent telco aims to overcome rollout delays GTE Main Street is working with several television studios and producers to develop programing for new interactive services. "We will be announcing relationships with several television programers, with whom we will jointly be developing interactive programing," says Robert Regan, senior vice president of programing for GTE Main Street.

Regan says GTE is shifting focus away from technology and toward production.
