Mundie tracks evolution from midband to interactive TV For Microsoft, all roads lead to the PC. And the software giant is eager to see television technology folded into the personal computer. "In the future, any standard PC will have some kind of digital broadcast receiver connected to it [or embedded in it] that would allow it to receive broadcast video plus any data transmitted in conjunction with the picture," says Craig Mundie, senior vice president, Microsoft's consumer systems division.
