Broadcasters optimistic about USA Digital Radio/Lucent IBOC project Radio broadcasters applauded the announcement last week by USA Digital Radio (USADR) and Lucent Technologies of their plan jointly to develop in-band on-channel digital audio broadcasting technology for AM and FM stations.
