Turner Broadcasting System Inc. plans to build a $37 million production facility on its Techwood campus in midtown Atlanta. The new 127,000-square-foot facility will have four floors with the largest live production control rooms on the East Coast, three studios and state-of-the-art digital technology, according to Turner.

The company will break ground on the new facility in March, with completion scheduled for third quarter 1999.
