Satellite distributor PrimeTime 24 no longer can retransmit ABCs signals to my- In Raleigh-Durham, N.C., according to U.S. District Judge Frank W. Bullock Jr. "The court has found that no reasonable fact-finder could fail to find that PrimeTime has engaged and continues to engage in a willful or repeated pattern of delivering primary transmissions made by a network station to subscribers that are not eligible to receive such service under the [law]," Bullock wrote.
