Utah Scientific Inc., formerly Utah Comteck Video, has acquired the Utah series routing switcher product line from Artel Video Systems along with the rights to the Utah Scientific name. The "new" Utah Scientific will be headed by honorary Chairman Lyle O. Keys, Chairman of the Board Carmelo Catalano and CEO Earl Gray.
Keys and Gray founded Utah Scientific in 1978. The company will have a booth at NAB.
