Fox Broadcasting Co. made good on its promise to hire an executive to oversee diversity last week, naming Mitsy Wilson as senior vice president of diversity development. Wilson was formerly Times-Mirror Co.'s top diversity executive, having served as vice president of leadership and organizational development for five years.
Fox is the third network of the Big Four to have added a position of vice presidential-level to its staff since groundbreaking diversity agreements were announced earlier this year.
