When Playboy Entertainment started the Video Search Line two years ago, its goal was to provide an added-value service for its Critics' Choice catalog customers. That goal has since been fully realized, and today the service has emerged as a true profit center.

Video Search allows consumers to locate and order hard-to find title by calling a 900 number. The Video Search number is advertised in Playboy magazine and the Critics Choice mail-order catalog. Customers can also order videos listed in the Critics' Choice catalog.
