Rock stars may claim to have forged the link between music and video, but Larry Golinski doesn't agree. He has a different candidate--classical pianist Glenn Gould. As evidence, Golinski, vice president and general manager of Sony Classical, points to Gould's long association with the Canadian Broadcasting Corp.
