About a year after settling a $7.1 million lawsuit brought by Ingram Entertainment, Video City is still looking for a way to repay its debt to the wholesaler. Among Video City president Robbie Lee's options: a sale of the 33-store chain. According to people close to the deal, Lee has been negotiating to sell Bakersfield, Calif.-based Video City to independent supplier Prism Entertainment, which has been operating under Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection since December.
