* Electronics Boutique has bowed out of its monthlong bidding war with Barnes & Noble over Funco. EB said it decided against raising its $135 million offer to match Barnes & Noble's April 26 counteroffer valued at $161.5 million, With the deal, Barnes & Noble becomes the world's largest videogame and PC entertainment specialty retailer.
