With Microsoft's decision to push back the North American launch of its Xbox console by a week, some retailers have been asking Nintendo for more GameCubes as insurance. After a week rife with rumors fueled by major game publishers and retailers that Microsoft was finding it hard to deliver the promised 600,000 units on Nov.
