Blockbuster Inc.'s DEJ Productions is talking to producers of The Boon-dock Saints, a 1999 thriller that has been DEJ's most successful Blockbuster rental exclusives, about developing a sequel and giving it exposure in Blockbuster stores during the theatrical window. Producer Lloyd Segan told VB that he is in discussions with DEJ about the unusual marketing plan, under which DEJ would hold domestic video distribution rights, and with star Willem Dafoe about reprising his role as an FBI agent who loves classical music.
