Nintendo is giving away a free demo disc featuring five playable previews with every purchase of a $149 Game-Cube. The previews include peeks at Soul Calibur and Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell. The bundle offer already gives consumers the choice of one free game from a selection including The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker.
Beginning June 23, Nintendo also will add to the mix the new Game Boy Player, which enables play of Game Boy games through the GameCube console.
