Warner Home Video realigns executive suite: Horak now in charge of three regions.(Studios)

Warner Home Video has reorganized its executive ranks and created a division designed to seek out new global business opportunities. Mark Horak, now executive VP of worldwide marketing will shift to executive VP and general manager for Canada, Latin America and Australia, where he will be charged with growing DVD penetration in those regions.

Mark Gareton, senior VP of Canada, Latin America and Australia, will head WHV's newly created global business transformation unit, which is charged with defining and assessing current business models for the company on a worldwide and regional basis.
