Despite being one of the longest-standing categories, sensual cinema--which emphasizes sensuality rather than sexploitation and often has nudity but not graphic sex doesn't enjoy the consistency of other genres, largely because of its controversial nature. "The category is unquestionably one of the driving forces of the entire industry," MTI Home Video president Larry Brahms says.
