The military must look at pollution prevention as an integral part of its operations, according to several speakers attending last month's Seventh Annual Joint Services Pollution Prevention Conference and Exhibition. About 3,500 military employees, environmental contractors, regulators and others attended the conference in San Antonio Aug.
