Byline: Joe Truini Xerox Corp. will quantify its greenhouse gas emissions under a voluntary California program aimed at addressing climate change. The Stamford, Conn., firm has joined the California Climate Action Registry, a nonprofit public-private partnership the state legislature created in 2000.
Xerox will track, report and certify its annual greenhouse gas emissions through the registry. Xerox has vowed to cut greenhouse gas emissions from its worldwide operations by 10 percent from 2002 to 2012.
