Byline: Bruce Geiselman The likelihood of Congress passing meaningful climate change legislation in the next few years is improving as the public learns more about the issue, said James Hansen, one of the nation's top climate change scientists. However, he expressed frustration that certain members of Congress and the media are delivering what he considers confusing and conflicting messages about global warming.
