Byline: Bruce Geiselman With the Democrats wrestling control of both the House and the Senate in 2007, environmentalists and business interests expect a change in the tenor and the agendas in Congress. However, there remains some disagreement about whether the modest majorities, especially in the Senate, will be able to pass significant environmental legislation advocated by environmentalists and many Democrats.

Betsy Loyless, a senior vice president with the Audubon Society, foresees what she considers a "pro-environment'' agenda for Congress in the coming term.
