Avago Technologies announced a new family of low noise amplifiers (LNA) that are optimized for next-generation cellular infrastructure markets. The company is a supplier of semiconductor solutions for advanced communications, industrial, and commercial applications. With a built-in active bias circuit and current adjustable features, Avago's miniature MGA-631P8 and MGA-632P8 are specifically designed for easy integration into the receiver chain for GSM, CDMA2000, WCDMA, and WiMAX base stations and repeaters.
