Mini-Circuits announces the SIM series of miniature passive state-of-the-art mixers, which cover a wide frequency range from 750 MHz to 15 GHz and an IF bandwidth from DC to 4 GHz. Conversion loss of 6 dB and high isolation of 30 dB in a tiny 0.2" X 0.18" footprint, allow these units to be used in a broad range of applications from cellular, WIFI, WiMAX, to satellite. Using Mini Circuits' patented technology and combining ceramic (LTCC) and semiconductor technologies enable good mixer performance, repeatability, temperature stability and high ESD capability. Ruggedized, these passive mixers require no DC voltage or external components and are good candidates for many military programs using COTS.
