HAVING JUMPED TO their highest in almost three weeks at the end of September as technical signals and concerns about rising tension in the leading producer Cote d'Ivoire encouraged speculators to buy, London cocoa futures subsequently slipped to two-week lows, amid expectations of copious supplies from West Africa and a lack of manufacturer interest.
