Q: GIVEN YOUR TWO years' in top-level management in the insurance industry, what is your personal view about Ghana's National Health Insurance Scheme -- the NHIS?
A: Ghana National Health Insurance is a scheme whereby all subscribers and their dependants receive medical care at government or recognised private hospitals or health centres free of charge when they fall sick or contract specific diseases.
