A TRADE DELEGATION from Zimbabwe has been visiting Kenya on a fact-finding mission to explore new markets. Acting director for regional and international trade in the Industry and International Trade Ministry, Angelica Katuruza, said the tour would also present Zimbabwe with a chance to learn how Kenya had managed to increase its export base and penetrate the COMESA region so successfully.

Both countries were among the founders of the regional Free Trade Area launched six years ago. Other members are Burundi, Djibouti, Egypt, Malawi, Malawi, Mauritius, Rwanda, Sudan and Zambia. ...
